First Peer Support Service dog team

This is Blarney "Yori Biscay's Unique Onyx" she and her handler, Shane Fisher from York Regional Police Services; Wellness Division, are the first Peer Support Service dog Team in Canada. Blarney (named after Staff Sgt Ian Matthews, and affectionately known as Blarney) is Biscay's first Peer Support Service dog. (First of many)

Shane and Blarney serve the YRPS families and retirees. Together they travel the country at times, teaching, reaching out and making an impact.

We are so proud of this team, and look forward to working with other teams in the future.
